The Characters of my Novel and Their Feature Film Counterparts: Liam Hemsworth, Katee Sackoff, and Robert Taylor.
Part two on the characters of World at War: Revelation, and who will play them in the upcoming feature-length film. This stuff greatly interests me, as I see these folks in my head when I write about them. There is, however, a small drawback. There is no Revelation feature length film.

Major Yuri Dramonovitch is the commanding officer of the Soviet 1st Tank Battalion. Dramonovitch and the battalion play a key part in the story. Dramonovitch's tanks lead the attack on Eisenbach and eventually his battalion defended the city. Dramonovitch is a professional, clever and cunning. He doesn't spout communistic slogans, he's not sadistic, not cruel, just a soldier. He'll prove to be a worthy adversary of the Americans in the Eisenbach
Gap. Played by Robert Taylor. I don't want this guy to be pretty. I want him grizzled, believable.
Sergeant Matt Dahl. Matt Dahl is a family man. He wasn't looking for the third world war, but it came looking for him. The war quickly made him realize that you were either quick or dead, a brilliant tank commander, or a charred corpse hanging from the turret. And the war also showed him something else, a side of him that he wishes he hadn't seen. Dahl fights well, but does not apologize for the elation when it is a wingman that is killed, not himself, nor does he waste kind words when there is no time for their speaking. Played by Liam Hemsworth, but with five days of scraggly beard and a cut on his left cheek. There's no room for models in this war.
Colonel Elena Petrova. Elena is a commissar in the KGB, a very special commissar. She, as well as her predecessors, have battled evil for hundreds of years. Now that the monsters of myth have risen, she must fight in the front lines, battling American infantryman as well as hunting the Lycans that attack her comrades in arms. Strong, confident, and touting a PPSh-41 submachine gun filled with silver-tipped bullets she is a daunting adversary. There is only one actress to play Elena, Katee Sackoff. Known for her strong portrayal of Starbuck in Battlestar Gallactica, Ms. Sackoff can bring Elena's character to life.
