Empty Nesting
Sorry for the lack of posts this week. Just returned from moving my youngest in to college and my motel room's Internet sucked.
Anyway, the deed is done, and Janice and I are empty-nesters. I'd love to throw down something profound, but it doesn't feel profound. It just feels like the next chapter in a very interesting book. My family is very tight, we see all our daughters on a regular basis, even though none of them now live closer than three hours. I miss them all, but we have raised them to be independent, and independent they are.
