A Day in the Life

Most of these entries have a point. This one doesn't. Well, okay, actually it does and the point is nothing, just a peek into the (cue sarcastic intonation) riveting life I lead.

Jam packed day yesterday. As you guys know, the blog was a long one. I guess that sometimes happens when I discuss Revelation, and pontificate on the believability of the concept. I ate breakfast watching Mike and Mike (I really, really like Mike and Mike) on ESPN, and changed into my game-publisher boots.

First on the post-breakfast plate was No Middle Ground (NMG). Unbeknownst, or at least unbekwonst before now, it looks like NMG is heading off the P500 list and  on to the printers. There is still a way to go, all the art needs to be finished, but that isn't a bad thing. We are putting Pirate Kiki on it. So, after breakfast, I sent Kiki the roughs to work from. That, my inbox, and our various forums kept me busy until lunch. Then we had our Heroes of Stalingrad meeting (we are hoping Internet play will be ready for testing this Friday), and then I discussed our latest magazine project, tentatively titled, The World at War Compendium (a hundred pages, of WaW gaming goodness) with Jeff Lewis, our editor.

The rest of the day was spent working on All Thing Zombie files for Marc von Martial. And there you have it, a day in the life of a game publisher. Hum-drum, no?

See you tomorrow.

Mark,

Will discuss Lady K. at Fall In. You know how much you enjoyed the flashback in Crimson Need (shameless plug)? Well, look out!
