A Blog is for Posting
A blog is for posting. I get it. My friend (if someone you have never met, but exchange email with, can be called a friend), Owen Faraday does just such a thing with his Pocket Tactics blog. But I'm a bit behind in my visits to Over da Edge. You see, I have this game company thingie that demands one heck of a lot of my time.

The goods news is that I'm writing as much as ever (when I'm not designing). The bad news is that until Black Library or Tor get off their duff and discover me, this whole writing gig is a bit of a sidelight. Nevertheless, the sidelight is shining a wee bit brighter today. I've just put up a piece of fiction for sale at Lock 'n Load Publishing, a short story titled "Epiphany." Like so much of my stuff, it's a military adventure spritzer with a paranormal twist. Here's the description:

Corporal Migliore just wants to get out of the war alive, but then his platoon is ambushed on a snow-covered Italian hill and he must decide what is stronger, his will to live, or the nightmares created by those he watches die.
Of course it's formatted for digital readers (as long as they read PDFs), and it includes excerpts from both World at War: Revelation and Everyone Dies in the End. Best of all, it's only 99 cents. Click here for more information.
