Wow, three months...really?

Three months since I've posted here. Crazy. Seems like every day I'm thinking about it. That's about 90 thinking-about-its. The good news is that my lack of posting doesn't equate to a lack of writing. Here's what's up in Walkerland.

My next release is a short story compilation. Most will be my own, but there will be a couple by Norm Lunde, and one or two other authors. Focus will be on conflict (of course). Many with the same feel as Revelation--gritty combat, edgy paranormal (at least that's how I hope readers perceive it).

Most are in our World at War universe, some are set in World War 2, at least one takes place in medieval times, but concerns the origins of Kat (it's an excerpt from Andy Nunez’s novel on her origins), and one is science fiction, using our Space Infantry universe. So in essence, each story will be our unique blend of paranormal and military/conflict.

There are two exceptions. "The Beast," although set in the alternate history of a second invasion of Iraq, is the story of a very real Iraqi’s fight against the beast that dwells within (his own fury). And "Kat's Call," is the story about Kat and Mike Hudson after the Soviet's capture of Paris. Again set in the World at War universe, and obviously paranormal (after all, Kat is the most BA vampire since Vlad himself), but with very little physical conflict... it's a love story.

The book will be out in 2013 Q1.
